We guarantee to refund the full purchase price of your diamond jewelry should you wish to return it for ANY reason within 14 days of purchase, exchange or store credit up to 30 days of purchase, providing the following conditions are met:

1. Your jewelry must not have been subjected to abuse or damage of ANY kind. Returned jewelry must be in original condition with no signs of wear. It is at our professional discretion to determine damage or condition.

2. We are unable to accept returned jewelry that has been modified in any way, this includes resized, altered or engraved jewelry. 

3. We cannot accept special order merchandise or custom-made jewelry for return. 

4. Returns must be accompanied by sales receipt, original packaging, and any additional documents accompanying the original purchase. 

5. All items shipped must be properly packaged and insured for the full retail value at your expense.
